Kardal Coleman is a public affairs executive with expertise in building corporate strategies and assessing political risk in public and private sectors. He applies his knowledge of social impact, corporate responsibility, sustainability, advocacy, and communications to generate new business, amplify partnerships, and grow client’s reputations as responsible corporate citizens.
Kardal, is an experienced labor-union leader with a demonstrated history in political strategy. He served as an Aid to Congresswoman Eddie Bernice Johnson, The Texas Legislative Black Caucus and Dallas’ 61st Mayor, Michael S. Rawlings.
As a decorated Army veteran and unique problem solver, Kardal offers an innovative perspective on leadership development, consensus building and stakeholder management. Driven by his faith, he is a licensed minister and lives out his call to ministry as the co-founder of The Liberation Fund, a national civil and human rights non-profit.
Born in Dallas, TX, Justin Moore is a graduate of Morehouse College and SMU Dedman School of Law. He studied human rights law at University College at the University of Oxford in Oxford, U.K. Moore served as a prosecutor at the Dallas County District Attorney’s office prior to establishing his private practice, which focuses on criminal law, civil rights litigation, prisoner clemency, police brutality cases, sports contract negotiation and campaign management.
Some of Moore’s cases have been featured in media outlets in Dallas/Fort Worth. His work has garnered national media attention in The New York Times, The Washington Post, Time, NBC’s Today Show, CBS Evening News, ABC’s Nightly News, BBC, CNN, Fox News, BET and The ROOT. “Through my practice, I seek not only to obtain justice for my clients, but I hope to use each case as a tool to make our justice system equitable and fair for all who may come in contact with it,” he says.
Outside of his professional endeavors, Moore advocates for mental health awareness, criminal justice reform and social justice.
He is a member of the BMW Foundation Herbert Quandt World Responsible Leaders Network and a partner at Reyets. Moore serves as a board member for the prestigious Dallas Institute of Humanities and Culture’s Achieve Inspire Motivate program, a unique second chance program for non-violent offenders. He is a partner for Social Venture Partners Dallas. Along with his professional and philanthropic endeavors, Moore speaks regularly about criminal and social justice reform.
